Blitz 5 is my favorite time frame. It doesn't end to abruptly like Blitz 3 sometimes, but it still has an "exciting pace".

White's third move is dubious. Given that he doesn't want to play e3, 3.cxd5 is probably the best way to avoid committing to a Slav position.
