My very first "off road" experience was in exactly the location you're in but I was on an NC750x. Taking that through there, out to Mountain Lagoon and even down Gee's Arm Fire Trail where you went was a bit hectic but so much fun. I got to the part you were talking about and yeah, didn't go down LOL. I got better and better and in the end had the back hanging out around corners on a bike that's really meant for the road. So much fun. I've been out to your lookout (I won't name it) many, many times and just sat there looking at the bush and river below. Magic. Thanks for this vid, bought back some good memories and can 100% relate to what you were saying.

It's ok if the Kriega touches your legs. Use them as Steg Pegz (less fatigue). Awesome bags 👍

People won't time if you leave in footage of you riding without talking for a long while. It's nice to pretend like you're riding alone when you're not able to ride. Keep up the excellent vids man. I hope to be watching you in many years to come. :)

i have had the kriega os 24 system, two 12 litre saddle bags for 4yrs no issues prefer the smaller bags to let my legs move around more. done a simpson trip and plenty of other trips no issues. i found getting some reusable cable ties and using them to limit the bags moving around is a bonus. they're easy to remove and adjust.

Nice idea selling the GPX for the price of a coffee. I recognised some of those roads but the smaller ones looked unfamiliar and never seen that lookout before so purchased a copy to see what turn offs I’m missing around there. 👍
@The_Apprentice_Adventurer5 ай бұрын
Yeah that idea was born from viewers suggesting it. I had never thought of it myself to make routes. Definitely a workable idea though. That last look out there is a little bit of tar to get to but it allows you to have lunch at kurrrajong and then finish at the lookout.

The Kriega bags have a great reputation. They’re a bit pricey but I believe that’s because of the quality of them. I use a mixture of Kriega and Mosko Moto and both brands are outstanding. I’m looking forward to discovering where you are all going on this adventure and of course watching the videos, keep up the good work. 👍

Thanks mate. Yeah they definitely appear better in the quality department than my Nelson Rigg ones. Well stayed tuned. Only a few weeks to go 🤙
