can you explain what difference does the bamboo whisk do ?

The bamboo whisk has multiple prongs which allows for the matcha to be suspended into the water and also prevents clumping. This can’t really be properly achieved with an electric whisk. Also this might be my own bias but I also find that the foam to be better haha

Does the matcha you have taste too sweet or vanilla like?

The matcha by itself isn’t sweet, like espresso it’s very smooth, rich and has a slight umami flavour. Any sweetness comes from the syrup you use, hope that helps ! :)
