I’ve been having an iced matcha latte nearly everyday during quarantine (I’ve gone through a lot of tins of powder 😂). Oatly oat milk is my favorite milk for these. Btw where are your cute ceramic mugs and bowls from? I love them so much!!

Matcha is usually not enjoyed in savoury recipes because the flavour is easily overpowered, and it would be a waste of matcha in my opinion, but maybe there are some online?

The iced matcha for me haha, I grew up drinking it too and I just love to enjoy the taste on its own ❤️ I really loved how you showed so many different ways to drink it, the coconut water one was very cool because I would have never thought to put the two together! I will try it next time 👀❤️

Dr.Nidhi Badiyani I drink Sencha powder instead of Matcha powder for less caffeine, more antioxidants, is what my doctor told me! :) still I don’t drink more than 1 to 2 heaping teaspoons a day but I think more would be fine! :)

Salted maple!!? What! Yum! You are a Matcha genius! I only drink hot Matcha or hot Sencha (i live in a cold, rainy part of the world), so I will convert your iced recipes to hot (except the ice cream one of course - delicious!) but I love all your suggestions. My doc recommended a daily habit of green tea because I am going through some cancer and apparently green tea is amazing! I never drank any teas growing up, so the flavor is still growing on me. I really thank you to opening me up to all these cool options on how to get my daily Matcha or Sencha in a tasty way! Yum!

THANK YOU I purchased an expresso maker and i boiled water and coffee and i dipped a matcha green tea bag but it was powder minced grren tea match and i loved it and now it is my 2 cups a day to lose weight my aim to lose 50 pounds with matcha green tea and tredmill for 30 minutes a day along with salads, and soup for 1 week and sensible diabetic mealls for the remainder of my 30 days to see how much i lose . I am thinking of making a youtube video about it not sure but I will keep you posted on my weight loss journey and again thank you for your recipes they are so good I cannot just pick 1 favorite. thanks;)

If you want to do the foam on top and you have a French press around add warm milk to the press and move the lift up and down, easiest way to get frothy milk

I’m 41yr and just recently figured out how to make a decent matcha latte. Now I’m just trying to find new ways to incorporate it into my daily diet. I also like it with oat milk. But I’m in love with the Chobani Extra Creamy oat milk. To me, it’s better than regular milk in everything milk goes in. 😂😂💜 thank you for the flavor and serving ideas 💜

i find i really don’t enjoy matcha lattes, but i looove a creamsicle matcha and mango matcha. i’m a barista at Sip Cafe (NS Canada) and our creamsicle matcha is (either blended or i like it over ice) orange juice, vanilla syrup and your matcha. or the mango you can blend the creamsicle with frozen mangos, or i love having it over ice by just whisking a tiny bit of mango flavoured boba powder with the matcha. it’s so incredibly good. we also have a pineapple matcha, matcha over iced pineapple juice, and a matcha lemonade, game changers if you don’t enjoy the taste of matcha with milk 🫶🏼🫶🏼

I’ve just been adding a little matcha powder to good vanilla ice cream, melting the ice cream just a little in the microwave so I can stir in the power. The vanilla compliments the matcha really well, I’m addicted.

Oh that sounds so nice. My coffee shop makes iced matcha with vanilla syrup and if our matcha powder wasn't already mixed with sugar, I would be addicted lol. I have to try mixing it with vanilla ice cream

@@ijwd424 If possible make sure you get real vanilla ice cream- the kind that doesn't have corn syrup or vegetable gum in it. I've tried it in both and using the fake ice cream doesn't even come close. I don't know if you have Aldi where you live but they carry a really good quality vanilla ice cream.

This is awesome :) Fellow vegan here as well and I went back into drinking matcha not long time ago. I have 3 different quality: ceremonial, superior and culinary. I use my ceremonial just straight in... well... ceremonial way and the superior grade in my lattes (with oat milk). I love alternating both methods on different days depending on my mood :)
