So sorry to hear about the water issue, but I’m glad it's been resolved. We rely on clean water for so many aspects of our lives. I’ve been thinking about incorporating stretching into my mornings. I already do it at night to relax, but I think it would be a great way to wake up and start the day. I love getting ideas from your videos (and your recipes too!). In winter water issues are common, I guess. In my area, the water in the pipes froze, causing damage to the pipes and resulting in a complete water loss for three days. On top of that, the repair team couldn't identify exactly where the damage had occurred. 😑 And recently, the central heater line was also damaged. Anyway, Have a nice weekend ahead.

Gosh, hope your water issue is sorted soon. Unrelated - I have been meaning to ask how you're finding the Aesop toothpaste? I use a few of their other products and love them. I have their mouthwash...is the toothpaste good? I tend to use old school Italian brands i.e. Marvis and Pasta del Capitano, which are very good.

We just got the water back this morning, thankfully 🥰 As for the Aesop toothpaste, it’s my first time using it, and while I’ll finish it, I don’t think I’d repurchase it. It’s decent for what you’d expect from a toothpaste, but it doesn’t have that fresh, minty taste-I’d describe it as more herbal and earthy. It also has wasabi in it, which slightly numbs my mouth, and I’m not a big fan of that. I’d definitely choose Marvis peppermint over this any day! 🤗

That’s so kind of you to be concerned for me-thank you so much! I actually tend to run pretty warm, even when it’s cold outside and I just like wrapping up in a blanket when I sit down-it feels much more cozy that way!
