I just found this on Amazon as well. I’m debating getting it, it’s my first year homeschooling my 8th grader and our state doesn’t require that we prove anything at the end of the year, but I think this would be really helpful. We’re doing an online program so I don’t really need to write it down, but I’m a pen and paper person. The site makes an excel sheet of the assignments he needs to do for the week to stay on pace for our goal, but then I go and manually assign them to specific days. I feel like this would help but might be overkill. I just need something really simple to track attendance, assignments, books he reads and maybe field trips. I’d like to have some sort of transcript or documentation to provide his teachers/school when he transitions to highschool next year.

A little late to the game I just ordered mine. I usually used simple ones but kiddo is going into first grade, and I'm looking to be more organized not that I wasnt but tk and kinder I didn't need to be so organized lol.

Great video very pretty planner but Dude my state requires 7 core subjects. There isn't even enough room for his cores before his EP, Drawing and life skills if it was used as recommended of course. Either way great walk through

New subscriber! I just ordered mine today I was so torn it's always such a hard decision. I was just going to do a bullet journal like I do for my own weekly planner now but I needed it absolutely perfect looking or I know it would bother me all year so I just went with it . I just never fit into the boxes of planners myself.

Thanks for the review. In the weekly planning, do you find the greyed out areas too dark and cannot see your handwriting? Is it a dark or light gray?

I write with a different colored felt tip pen per child but even if I used pencil I think I would still be able to see it. I use black pen for my subjects on the side and I can see it just fine.
