For me, it's a cup of tea in bed and just not having to do anything... a day full of choices but not full of "oh, I have to get this done... or do this".

Wonderful reset! I like to go to the water early in the morning and watch the night fade into the day. Stretch, meditate and then tea or coffee. And often I will put my phone on mindfulness focus on my iPhone. Looooove reset days!

Nice to see your day. I have a toddler and baby too - so a reset for me is usually mum and bub yoga; meditation if baby's asleep, maybe a bush walk with the dogs!
