I am an injured yogi who gave up on practice because it aggravated the injury. Your presence and sequences bring so much peace, calm and healing into my body. Good luck! I loved my hospital stays to rest after baby 2 (and 3). One thing I super loved was a salt lamp then I avoided having the main lights on at all in my space. You’re all over everything else! So exciting for you to have your new babe soon

Thank you so much for this very timely video- I am a few days behind you with my second scheduled c section! Thanks for the nursing pillow tip- that is such a great call. Wishing you all the best Ash! I took Lavender essential oil (amongst a few others) with us to use during the births of our babies for not only the calming properties but also because hospitals don't smell so nice. Once we were home again, I would give our babies a daily massage with super diluted lavender essential oil in a carrier oil. Even though they are now 13 & 15, they both still absolutely love the smell of Lavender! 💜
