Here in West Virginia, we have a cousin to garlic chives called ramps, which grow wild in the early spring. There's ramp festivals all over the area.

I just did a large HMart haul a couple days ago and now I wish I looked for the garlic chives. I don’t think I’ve ever seen them in my grocery store, but maybe HMart has them? I see vegetables there that I usually don’t see.

They would probably have them but I can be too sure too. There are other types with a crunchier somewhat hollow stalk that are really good too!

this is a lovely vlog because its very therapeutic, relaxing, stress free, and stress reliever. its not too long its not too short. hehehehe. i also love mushrooms and that tofu is pretty interesting. that recipe is very interesting. you can learn a lot from watching this vlog. especially about the sauces like the vegetarian oyster sauce and etc. thank you. this is probably your longest vlog posted yet. hehehe
