In offices lvl 2(near reception), place bed right below the Electricity wire, so when you respawn you respawn inside it and take damage, than use autocliker to click respawn button on this bed, it took me around 2 hours. You also can place a workbench to prevent mobs spawn around

While this is true I only post non auto methods as I prefer doing stuff in the game. Plus this gives first aid at the same time

You can also just sit in front of a laser grid at home and spam healing items/briefcases

@SomeKindaSpy yeah but bleed helps with first aid leveling faster and I do really enjoy the speed of level 15 first aid so I reccomend the leveling

I believe you can drop multiple healing suitcases to stack health healing.

@joshuagraham4614 possibly but i felt it was slightly inefficient so I liked just doing tradeouts as shown so I can monitor progress, overall though its still funny watching your dude dance in the inventory menu when being shot

Hey, is there some action you need to for getting CQC Helmet or is it just RNG based? I've been trying to get them for ages and nothing seem to help.
