I really liked this home a lot!!! Deer Valley homes are always my favorites. Loved the add-on arches which help break up the openness between the rooms. Gorgeous high-end wood finishes and great room/closet sizes. It would truly be a dream home if we added some porches. It’s just a bit bigger and therefore more expensive than what we now need. Great tour, Nate, and a beautiful home~Thanks for showing this quality home to us!!!

So I absolutely love this house!!!! I would want to change the outside color! But the size, layout, bedrooms, Bathrooms are just awesome!! The kitchen is a great size I would want a gas stove and if we could make a couple changes a wall oven too… I love the Pantry Size!! Laundry Room is just wonderful and yes I would totally want a Freezer instead of that drop zone!! All in all Nate this is probably one of the best homes you’ve shown!!❤️❤️

I Love this home, the home has lots of closets and room to roam. Lots of spacious closets and bedrooms are beautiful. Love the floors and the windows and the kitchen and dining room are nice sizes

The only thing I don't like is that the living room doesn't really have a good wall other than the long entryway wall. The wall that separates the living room and kitchen I would want to come out further.
