Been having the EXACT same struggle with tiktok and Instagram when I’m in bed… I’ve stayed up for 2-3 extra hours lately just scrolling. What I’m doing is I’ve deleted the apps on my phone, but allow myself to go on it on a browser on my laptop (or phone). The interface is harder to use and uglier, so I find I won’t really go on much but I like still having the freedom to access my account. Not sure how it works with posting, but I’ve found that very helpful for myself as I only use Instagram intentionally now :)

Same here!!! I also find that constant watching of shorts really bums me out. But watching some longer videos on KZbin (in moderation) doesn’t make me feel so out of it or lower my mood!
