Girl! I feel you! Glad to see you are taking time for yourself! As you said, burnout can lead to depression, this is something that happened to me. I encourage people to take a time to look around, take a breath, and be grateful for the little things ✨ My Best friend is coming from Mexico for her birthday and we literally just decided to make a trip to New York!!!
