It’s such a meh weapon. Almost unusable against bugs not enough damage. Against bots even worse. If it had even more mags like 4 more mags it would be okay. Dominator belongs in S tier and scorcher is probably the best in the game.

I ran the adjudicator the entire last major order against bugs closing down the termicide tower. Very much enjoyed it. Could use two more mags in my opinion but ultimately I always found ammo. Used the fixed Air burst RPG and smoked every squad I was in for kills and never killed anyone and finished off the scraps with the rifle. Will continue to use but I prefer the dominator for bots.

I was a big diligence hater, but this last update made that thing slap hard. That damage boost was just enough to make it effective on critical hits. Capable of 2 shotting a hulk. And I feel like it aims a bit faster than it used to, but maybe its just me.

@@wavez8157 Nope it's the diligence. 2-3 headshots will drop a hulk. It was always powerful, but it aimed so slow it was a waste. The damage and ergonomic buffs it got gave it just enough umph to be a viable weapon if you don't mind stopping and taking a second to aim.

None of the Dilligence can 2 or 3 shot a Hulk. Perhaps you are talking about the AMR. The AMR can 2 headshot a Hulk. Even the Diligence CS can’t penetrate the Hulk’s eyes.

I have been using the base punisher this entire time and I’m very happy about it😂 Staggers medium enemies. Great damage. Reloads shells individually. Great ammo capacity. Damage range falls off but can still stagger at range and kill small enemies at range… what more do you want?😂

Okay what, they literally lowered the Adjudicator’s recoil and gave it a bigger mag?? It’s also a AR now and I’d argue it’s better than the penetrator now. This is coming from someone who doesn’t like the penetrator and prefers the Adjudicator but still it’s a really good weapon. Saying it’s “unusable” like the Knight is just flat retarded. I hate to say it but both of the weapons are usable. To me as someone who’s an Adjudicator main I’d put it at a C tier at most now. Knight is like a low C tier high D tier. This is off preference btw, and I LOVE the Adjudicator. But it doesn’t mean the weapon is unusable, cause it’s not. It can hold its own up to level 8 is the highest I’ve gotten solo. Don’t low ball the Adjudicator, especially in a game where you don’t need to play the meta. TLDR: There’s not an F tier and don’t dog on the adjudicator cause it’s not a bad weapon

Best guess is he hasn't used the buffed adjudicator. Before the update i honestly thought it was the worst gun in the game. It's pretty damn good against bugs now, it fills a pretty good battle rifle role.

Aged like fine wine, every gun (exception being the incedary breaker, scorcher, and disruptor) is complete dogshit. The reason the breaker incedary is used the most is because it is literally the only good weapon against bugs. We have 4 of the same assault rifles and 3 Pistols that effectively do nothing. Arrowhead loves to nerf,nerf and nerf but they refuse to fix a single bug In their game. No wonder they've lost 85% of their player count. Self sabotaging at its finest.

I main the Diligence CS against bots as well, and call me crazy but I use it as a short range DMR, I use the AMR for sniping and against heavy targets, works like a charm.

It’s amazing against bots, 1.5 mags in the orange part takes out tanks, hulks, and cannons. It also has very high damage with medium fire rate which allows for more damage and aiming

Finally! Someone saying the scorcher is the best! And it is! Problem is, people use it as an AR and shoot like it has a full mag of 30 bullets, then complain they run out of ammo. Most light enemies go down with one bullet and the explosion effect will take down the rest, I have played hours with this gun, only in very rare cases when overrun by enemies for a long period of time have I gotten to a point with no ammo

I use liberator which should be the starting weapon on all my level 9 difficulty adventures. Got me through 52 levels so far… it’s for small stuff I use flamethrower or cannon for main

The damage comparison can be kinda confusing sometimes, but the penetrator actually ends up doing more dmg than the liberator because it hits right thru armor the liberator struggles to penetrate.

Slugger S tier vs bugs Bug headdecapitator ( equip the shield, blow off their head and let them swing their last attack while you watch life leave their body ) Use it mainly for bigger bugs, cluster / smg for small ones ( works on helldiver diff like a charm )

You can't tell me the defender is not broken. The ability to run while shooting backwards is unique for a primary. It has excellent capacity and decent damage / fire rate. Plus you can carry around SSDs.

today there are no A B C devices for solo, the balance of the game has equalized all weapons, it has only a small window for use in a specific case of a raid in 10/100 cases, the rest of the time 90/100% it is useless, the author added R-36, which he says about The fact that it most likely did not rise above the 3rd difficulty level, this weapon will only allow you to win if you have 3 more accomplices who will kill everyone, instead I would advise using the JAR-5, but even then it has too limited use

Well actually if we’re talking about “snipers” the Diligence CS is better in my opinion than the Eruptor. Faster firing, med pen, more rounds, less recoil and faster chambering. Also no chance of back blasting myself because an enemy spawned next to me ? Sure I can’t use it to take down a hulk, titan or tank etc. but still good overall, especially with the current spawn algorithm. Even before the nerf I’ve had times where I was the Sniper in the group, I’m protecting everyone from patrols and flanks, and there was just too much enemies, needlessly lost a lot of divers.

Hard disagree on a lot of these Diligence II got a major buff and is not only usable but is also very good, i'd say its better than Stock Diligence as it can oneshot all devastators in the head, sound profile wise both diligence are perfect for stealth, agree on the scorcher though as its basically an even more silent diligence but without a scope Regular Liberator is more useful than Pen Liberator and Abjudicator is a better Pen Liberator Smg has a lot of use with the BallShield Dominator feels more like a sluggish Slugger Scythe is good but i wouldnt put it in S Eruptor is always going to be S Crossbow is technically good for stealth as it only produces sound at the explosion and that explosion has a higher sound profile than the Grenade Pistol, So i would change both diligence and Defender to A , dominator and IncBreaker to B, abjudicator and crossbow to C, ConLiberator and SprayBreaker to D, PenLiberator to F

Growing up shooting a 12 ga, at skeet, most my life has been target shooting. The slugger is by far the most used gun in my load out. Why you may ask? It can still one shot Bezerkers if you pop there face off. It's slow speed, high mass, round travels with little drop. I find myself using it as a poor mans sniper to pick off bots chasing my teammates. The only thing I do not like about it is, crowd control. It's rate of fire is a touch slow so you need to kite and if you dont got room well... gl.

First piece of helldivers content I've seen since stopping playing a week ago. I'm just not bothering because of the crashes. If it ain't crashing I get paired up with horribly prepared divers on impossible difficulty and I just can't unlock suicidal. I'm don't untill this shit is fixed. And before you say it's my hardware or whatever, it isn't. Before the games 2nd update my game ran flawlessly on high and decently on ultra. And my WiFi is literally fine on every other game I play soooo. I'm just sticking to civilian life untill it's sorted.

I completely understand the hate for my precious adjudicator (aka the sick ass full-auto Vietnam m14 space force remaster). When the recoil is too much for your tiny brain to reconcile trigger discipline they give you the liberator and it's many variants with more to come (aka m16's). I'm very pleased to be one of the few and proud using this delightful multipurpose murder device. Kind of thinking maybe the community is pushing it as trash so the devs don't try to "balance" it. I won't use another primary weapon until we get the space force equivalent of a mag fed slug gun of some kind and only AFTER they fix it. It's an m14 and it feels like one. Even if most ppl can't employ it in a way that makes them feel good... it's an m14 and it feels like one. Aside from the slugger, it's really the only primary that feels realistic looking at what it does shot for shot to these make believe badies. At worst it needs a recoil reduction in tandem with mag size. I'll bet any of you would use it before the AR-61...
