What a awesome and amazing video! Allo hits so many emotional points for me due to legacy. Realism servers sure, but I had allos live for actual months until either I made them pass of old age or a slip-up happened hunting a apex. An aggressive pack was always difficult to feed, but we expertised in hunting apexes or those of our weight class most the time. An aggressive personality always meant in-pack danger like a Clan of chimpanzees or all-same gendered Clan of hyena wanting that top spot. It was a semi-realism server, which was more of just a server with some rules. Never felt realistic. I had my Shantungosaurus. I got hatched in when I was still a beginner to the isle back in December of 2019. Born Christmas eve. Had a dramatic early life, was adopted by two cool shants who witnessed the bs. Taught me everything, showed my aviary for my first time ever as a small Christmas gift. That shan't of mine... is still technically alive today. I played on her actively & loyally for over a year. It started as a goal as a new player: Live for a week, then to a month- she never died- so kept upping the challenge. Then came the news of "The Re-code" So I challenged that same Shantungosaurus to live until Re-Code which was later renamed to Evirma to be released. She succeeded. Evirma had.... a lack luster first public opening and around that time I was introduced into Full Realism and absolutely loved it. So I only got on my shan't every so often. Stopped for a month or two during an update during when Devs first tried to fight hackers and caused major lag on that surprisingly still bust server until it was... playable again. I would play her less frequently as the years passed by. Sometimes wondering if I should retire her into the peaceful slumber of eternal sleep. However I couldn't get myself to do it. She still technically lives as long as that server still remains as well. They used to own two servers so if I needed a fresh air off shan't, I went there back when I constantly played her. She survived just about Everything and anything. Including hackers which I brag was her luckiest moment. So many dead dinos- she witnessed the administration Thanos snapping them too. Funniest moments would be raising some orphan herbivore, a rex would come my way. I'd greet them. A few times they noticed my name and immediately noped out of there. I won't lie the ones where there is two rexes eyeing you... I was like "Well I'm dead." Only for me to somehow either live. Me say hi, hungry rexes? And one of them just U-turning. I'd witness a fight between them. And somebody in the server would ask if my dino was really over a year old. Usually others answered before I could. "Old Christmas Granny Shanty." Between her, my favorite Allosaurus character; Queen Banana who is currently my pfp, I thank Legacy for all the good memories. And you too Owl!

I love watching the content levels of sophistication evolve in different subtypes of the gaming genre. First there's gameplay, then better gameplay, then better commentary over better gameplay, then there's a few evolutions of what better gameplay means so then everyone adapts, and finally, narrative is introduced along with more polish and production quality, and from then on whoever can keep that up the longest gets the most subscribers. This has been fascinating to witness first hand, and for that, I thank you.

Happy to see another Isle video! Very nostalgic. Allo is my one of my favorites, so I love seeing you play it (I'll get better through osmosis, that's how it works, right?!)! I felt so bad for that para that kept running from you, clearly slower, but didn't know better. Glad you let it go. XD Same with the cerato. I think that also must've been a new player. ^^; The music when the little fast one was running circles around the acro was hilarious. I have no idea how you spotted that allo either. Must come from a loooot of playtime, I assume. Kudos on that shank for letting you go, too. Probably what I hate most are aggressive herbis. Anyway, I've said it before, but just want to reiterate I love the way you play. You have compassion for newer players, sympathy, and I admire how you lean toward challenging those that are clearly engaged/want practice/are confident/etc. As you said in the video, Isle really does have an incredibly steep learning curve, and not only that, with the growth times, it can be extremely difficult to get experience. Being an adult alone doesn't give you that, and spending 3-8hrs every growth (without even the guarantee of reaching adulthood) to die in a few seconds (most often panicked and not taking it in) is very frustrating. I wish I had encountered more players like you when I was learning. I'm still far from what I would consider an experienced player (maybe hyper vigilant and half experienced at running away but not an experienced fighter by any means lol), and I've got a few hundred hours in the game, which is tragically not much all considering.

Rex are easier to tail ride (if you don't get spanked with the janky hitboxes) + I think easier to bleed out (I believe giga has a better bleed resistance). Gigas have a bit of a tighter turn and imo harder to land hits on as a solo since once they see you, most don't leave their back open. Then again, it all comes down to player experience!

Allo slides when it stops so the fact you got any break check on that utah at all speaks lot of skill in playing Allo. Its a very big weakness to it. But this is why Allo is my fav and my main on the Isle, it's so resiliant and great for many situations. GG on getting so far on it. Quality content as always.

Ah yes the good old game, where the hell did that carno go? most satisfying prey in legacy for an allo. The trick is you got to think, where would I go? For all of legacys faults it sure does get the basics of hunting right. Ambushing, presuit hunting even pack hunting in some cases. my favourate memory as an allo was when we were hunting some utahs, one of our allos just runs and hides in a bush and the rest of us litteraly herded the utahs right towards him.

Instead it’s all about how the devs will ban you for mentioning bugs or criticism, or even if you beat them in a fight. Straight up game bans.
