I'm not opposed to VIc and Dean slowly and gradually becoming a thing. I just need Vic to grow up and be single for the time being. Her responses and reactions to sneakily moving into Jackson's was cringe inducing. So I'm hoping if nothing else that caring for a baby will mature her in some ways and curb some of her impulsive tendencies. But I AM here for Andy and Sullivan!! Can't wait to see how they move forward.

Okay if Dean and Vic become a thing I called it when I saw them singing at the camp fire and the looks that gave one another....just saying haha. Also I feel so bad for Maya but tonight they worked as a team and she did a really great job. Annnndddddd don’t even get me started on Andy and Sullivan. I think I died of happiness and I’m still not over it yet!! YES ANDY AND ROBERT, HECK YES. Also Maya, I’m happy she’s finally having a moment of realization that this wasn’t her position to get. She could be a great captain one day, but not now, and it’s sad seeing her break down like this but it needed to happen and I’m happy Carina was there for her. Also Dean and Prue AAA, naming her after Pruitt, that’s actually pretty sweet. I was not very happy with Pruitt for a while but now that things are out I’m the open he’s slowly regaining me being ok with him and honestly him being there for Dean was really sweet

This was such a good episode with an amazing ending. Love that dean finally named his baby girl. Pruitt has been getting under my skin all season but I am so glad that he was there to help dean. Finally maya is admitting she isn't right for the job, I didnt think it would ever happen And finally what we have all been waiting for. Andy and Robert together at last! Cant wait till next week.

Okay, I am all for Andy and Sullivan. I haven't stopped screaming!!!!! But, tonight I saw Maya be a CAPTAIN!!!! & I must say that I am liking it, they were a team and not in the hostile way. I don't think that they should go back, but move forward as such. I feel that yes Andy should be Captain, but she still has a lot of obstacles ahead to deal with. And she will need her best friend. So, split the responsibility be Co-captains. Work together and maybe every other shift switch off. But, I feel like they both can have it all and have each others backs if they do it this way. Because I see potential in Maya and she should not give up.

Its sure a possibility that it could be shut down. Dixon didnt want to do it in the first place and if he finds out one of the employees stole meds from the pte it would make sense for him to shut it down. I think andy is going to be really hard on herself when she finds out about his condition and the drug use. She is going to wonder how she didnt notice something was wrong.

Maya does not need to give up her position. She made captain, and people don't like it, and she feels like she's not the one to lead. That's the bottom line. It doesn't mean she's not right for the job. The members of the team, especially Andy, have been toeing the line of insubordination because they don't like it. And now, they should be rewarded for it? Maya did nothing wrong. If the others don't like it, that's there problem. They can go to another house. And Andy again having a relationship with her chief is exactly why she shouldn't be captain. She can't separate her personal life from her professional life. And you have to do that if you're going to be a good captain. She was mopey and a detriment when Sullivan first broke things off, to the point where Sullivan had to send her home.

If pruitt had never talked to Sullivan she wouldn't have gotten the job. Even as a boss you have to give respect to get it and ever since she got the job she hasnt given her crew respect.
