I don't know who Cliff is, but I love her! I may have met her once long ago when i was a teen in the 70's. I hope so! I grew up with her music and she has no equal. A one-of-a-kind Angel. She really takes love seriously and was the eyes of God's love for a suffering world. And then celebrated with a dance! She reminds me of Carrie Underwood and her song, "Love wins." Carrie's kind of a wilder and crazy version, but Olivia calms us down after the party with her quiet and peaceful persona of God's love. Like the man said in that angel movie in 1986, "how can anyone NOT fall in love with YOU!" I just love her and her moving music and miss her on the world's stage. She is still helping us get through the world's madness. That's another song. That "title" is certainly subjective, and everybody has their favorites. But you could make any list of the top 25 female singers of the 20th Century, and Olivia would certainly be on it, and deservedly so.
