for cooking we need:
1 large eggplant
200g of cottage cheese (not sweet)
80 g of walnuts
lemon peel and lemon juice
several cloves of garlic and parsley leaves
cut the eggplant into slices and fry on both sides until golden, put on a paper towel to absorb excess fat
