Looks great. Thanx from France. But why no ingredient list? I thought it was paper in-between the layers. Now I presume it's thin dough..?? And the sauce... Crème fraîche ? Yoghurt? Parsley ? Celery?

Non stick pan for melting butter, wooden cutting board for meat, let the cat near the food, let the cat on the board, let the cat eat raw meat AND LET THE CAT TOUCH THE FOOD. Just to name a few problems
