Nice video, sitting in the cold sucks. But that’s hunting. Anyone want to eat best moose ever, take a nice moose cut, sirloin ect, slightly freeze it, slice it about 1/8” thick, and quick fry in butter and onions. Then as soon as done throw frying pan on table and pick away. Then repeat as necessary. It’s got to be fasten hot, and dam I love it this way at the hunting camp. We usually do last years moose when we go, because it’s easier to bring the moose out whole. In favt, I’ve let moose go when it’s too hard to get to them or get to them. Older I get the harder they are to move……..they must be getting larger theses day, anyways, try that cooking idea.
