Amazing video, thanks so much for sharing. I grew up in Fairbanks, AK and hope to get up there to hunt next year. FYI, the clicking noise is from the tendons in the feet, they roll over some small bone or something and make that noise like cracking your knuckles.

You guys do it right, I do not like the August videos, to me they are not ripe yet. This was told to me way back when I was about 12 years old by a man that took a boy whose father did not hunt under his wing. I got to hunt caribou in Alaska in 1999 and shot mine on September 10, last one in a party of four to take one. A hunt of a life time. Thanks for the show.

Thanks for the kind words. They are called "century grasshopper stove" most of the ones we have are real old. The newer ones are built a little cheaper but still work great. They put out a real flame so you can actually do some real cooking on them. The new ones are $35 online.

We do enjoy to watch the migration as well as being selective in the animal we harvest. Only selecting the oldest animals to take from the herd
