I do grounding as well, 15 minutes a day and honestly, I can tell the difference! Also, gardening brings down your levels of stress and inflammation in your body! I just enjoy nature!❤

Well done Tate. 👏 I like the sound of the book, what's it called please. 😏 I love going for a walk and taking my shoes off halfway. My eldest son is 23 and he's lived being barefoot all his life. He lives in a village near the coast and runs barefoot and shirtless through the village to the beach, swims in the sea and climbs the trees on the way home, I really love that style of being and I liked that you do it and went in the water too. Beloved you and I are so much alike and I enjoy doing things by myself and feeling content and blessed…but I’m 50 years old and have 5 children..ages 32,28,26,16,&10 All boys, last one is a girl. I just had the honor of becoming a grandmother again and my grand boys names are Caine and Malcolm. Malcolm was just born 2 days ago and Caine is 6. Expecting 3rd grand from oldest son early 2023! I’ve never been more at peace than I’ve been in the past 10 years. I see good and feel present in life. I enjoy my moments and motherhood as well as being a grandmother now.
