I've been following Armin over 20 years and was lucky to see him in a few concerts but I'm very concerned about his extreme weight loss. I hope things get better for him as I know he is a private person when it comes to personal life. And I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers for him and his family to stay strong and healing. So, I'm not the only one who noticed this. It's not only the loss of weight but he just looks kind of tired or maybe sick. What I read was that he became vegetarian a couple of years ago, so maybe he is now turning more towards veganism. Personally, I think he would be destroying his health that way. But it's his choice and maybe he is doing just fine.

I read that he has given up alcohol and has opted to a healthier lifestyle as he was suffering from mental health issues due to his workload. Now, he spends more time with his family, and his mindset is different.

Absolute fire set . Went to the gym, had absolute no mood, but this set made me run for 60 mins on the treadmill and strength train as well. Top top top set. Thursday's are the best days for working out, when ASOT is live
