Thankfully, 2022 flew by, so it doesn’t seem like the last Christmas special was that long ago 😂 I already know before watching that this is going to be absolutely amazing! UPDATE: This was indeed AMAZING. There was a lot of nice surprises in this episode. Was happy to see the return of Broly, Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken Goku, and unexpected debuts of Cooler and Gohan Black! I can’t wait for part 2!

Hmm...I wonder....if Gohan is somehow still a teen, how did Piccolo know it was Gohan, the ki would have been different due to Zamasu, and if Goku and Vegeta are at these levels....how come Gohan hasn't aged when we see Trunks change every year? Idk, just some thoughts

Are we all going to pretend that TheDubBub couldn’t just voice every character here with precise accuracy and indistinguishable sound? Like, I know why he isn’t because it gives others a chance to perform and it cuts down on TheDubBub’s workload. But dude, it’s just this thing where you have this guy that could do all these things and overall make the characters sound spot-on, yet for the sake of others feelings that are now woven into the video success - this direction is never taken. I’ve always been under the firm belief that you get the best person for the job, but that’s just me.

But, I’m not pretending that I don’t see how TheDubBub couldn’t just play all these characters and make them just like the official actors. Like, I know why he isn’t. Like I said before, it’s more or less so others can feel involved and so it’s less work on him. But, when you follow TheDubBub on his other social media platforms and know JUST how many voices he can do? Then you see he’s just voicing a select number of characters? Can’t help but think he’s being underutilized. The quality of these videos would skyrocket. This guy would well have double his follower count in a few videos starring TheDubBub exclusively.

@@DartFireMotion I suppose as long as you know, then it’s whatever. I understand wanting to be loyal to your cast and crew as well. But it also seems like you’re exercising a “first come first serve” mentality towards your cast members. Rather then giving a role to the person that performs the best for the character. I understand you’re not an official studio, that your decisions are your own and how you wish to operate things is entirely subjected to how you see fit. But I’ll admit that I don’t see your perspective. In parts, it’s honorable to try and play equal opportunist. But, I also am a firm believer in choosing the best person for a job rather then just appeasing the “moral standards”. If guy A is better then guy B then I’m going to go with guy A. Sticking with guy B just because he showed up to the hiring process first doesn’t change anything for me. Because, to me, I want guy A since he’s the person I know is going to be the best for the job. My thought process is that, regardless of what time guy A appeared, if guy A can do what guy B has been doing but better? Then I need to task guy B somewhere else and let A take it up from there. Guy B doesn’t lose their position in my company, that’s my choice and maybe it’s somebody else’s opinion to just let that person go entirely. But I just enlist them someplace else. Just my stance.
