This launch is going to be EVERYTHING! The color scheme is a yes for me. The blankets, PJ’s, the penguins, the gingerbread man, the shirts, the plushie!!! Omg I need it. I am excited for all of it. I might have to plan a few really big orders. You e outdone yourself yet again. So excited for all of it. You are so hard on yourself. Take a breather. This is going to be a great launch. Penguin names: Wally, wendell, Penelope (one of them has to be a girl? Right 🤔 ) Winston. Idk. I just like those name. Lol I hope one of the notebooks has the North Pole book club on it or the stockings. I am obsessed with those two designs. Also the larger coffee mug is a must for me. Counting down to Saturday. Idea for one of your vlogmas videos- a look back over the last year- a compilation of your old studio & how it was set up, the building of your new one, moving in, making more room for new inventory, starting the ECD box, etc. So much has changed over the last year & it would be fun to see it all in a video or slideshow. Will the extra socks & notepads from the ECD box be in the stocking stuffers or grab bags? Thanks for this fun video, sorry for the stress but it looks like everything has come together & tmrw will go great!!🎉

Vlogmas: I'm hoping to open my own small business store (starting with stickers then expanding) next year. The main daunting thing for me is shipping. Do you ship internationally and how do you calculate/put together the shipping for that? Do you ship small items (like if someone ordered one bookmark) via snail mail or do you still provide a tracking label for it, even if the shipping might be more than the item itself?

Are you putting too much pressure on yourself by announcing a "launch" before your products arrive? Seems like you can run smoother if you "launch" after you know things have arrived. If something gets delayed have a "special announcement" when all the stragglers have finally arrived.
