Hello friends! Today we are in full on prep mode for Black Friday!! This is the time of year where things get WILD. Late nights, long hours, hard work, but so much bookish fun! In this studio vlog we are geting ready for our big black Friday sale and shop update! Our entire shop will be 25% off AND we’re having a black Friday shop update full of new and restocked things. Everything will be going live on Friday 11/24 at 11am et! We did SO MUCH in this vlog, and I hope you enjoy hanging out with me while we get it all done!!

Those book marks you got with the BOP lamination on them... you can run them through your laminator and it will adhere it down.

ahhh Emily!! this is so exciting! seeing you do all this work behind the scenes is so admirable, but make sure you take care of yourself too!!! that's too bad about those bookmarks, may i suggest maybe in your offseason to laminate them with the pouches you already use? i know they'll technically be double laminated but at least you would know they won't come apart 😍 looking forward to your launch!

Hey Emily! Loved the vlog. Ive been thinking for your acrylic earrings it would be nice if the sides mirrored each other? So you order 50 facing right and 50 facing left and then when you assemble them they are facing opposite ways? I just think it would make them look even more finished! Hey I love your videos! I don't comment much but I enjoy them so much and I love your shop! 💖 I wanted to suggest, for the bookmarks that are peeling off, maybe try to put them in your laminator machine and maybe they'll seal? Just a thought. I laminate my own bookmarks but it's with a full sheet so I laminate a few everytime and once or twice I'd had to put a laminated bookmark in there again cause the plastic was separating itself from the bookmark and it worked! So just in case before throwing them away you could try 🙈❤

The company said it has to do with the paper stock not being able to adhere well to the laminate they use? So they have to go back to the drawing board to figure out a solution 🫠

I have had that problem before when my internet has been down. No one thinks to mention it or publicize it (because once we solve the problem, why would we?) but yeah, if your computer is connected to the hotspot it can only connect to one thing at a time so the wifi features (since wifi needs to be turned off in order for the mobile hotspot to connect) will not work. Oh my goodness, girl, I feel your pain!!!!

Have you tried running the bad bookmarks through your lamination machine? Maybe they need more heat... or, how would they look laminated with your lamination pouches you always used? They may not be perfect but sellable enough for your grab bags! They might be extra durable with double lamination 😂

Im curious you purchased alot of items that are high quality, alot of notebooks and different types of spiral which I assume is very expensive. Are you taking out a loan to purchase all of these? Or are your purchasing it from your business revenue? What if an item thats really expensive does not sell well, does your business take a hit?
