The thing is when you're conciously trying to FC/AP a song you get a higher chance at NOT doing it cuz 💀 every time I get a chain of combo/perfects i go "let's keep this going" then the next moment my fingers WILL betray me

Your brain treats the whole combo meter as a source of anxiety and if the impulse is strong enough, your instincts will do anything to get rid of it (AKA intentionally mess up so you don’t feel anxious anymore)

i have noticed that the colorful state is very more easier to mess to the up notes and the hold notes even if you can’t understand japanese it’s probably better if you play on there since it’s better with gameplay and songs. (japanese is my first language)

Current versions of the game has a glow around the combo number when you have AP. Before the update, they do not have that (you can see in the video that there's no glow on the combo counter), so FC and AP look the exact same on the combo counter, and the only way to tell was by counting Greats and below
