As someone with awful periods. Avoiding coffee, acidic juice and some fruit at that time of the month helps so much- raspberry leaf tea is a great choice for cramps too! I know everyone is different, I just know what works for me and I spent years with debilitating periods so I hope this helps even a small bit. Looked like a great time in Aspen. Love that place!

Try avoiding cold days leading up to/ during the period ❤ Chinese tradition . Throughout the cycle ( midpoint ) foot massage is nice too.
