Are these the 100% Official, Charles Martinet Nintendo Real Guaranteed Mario Mario and Luigi Mario of the Mario Brothers (tm) (c) (r)? No. Obviously not. Are these very suitable voices that are memorable, enjoyable, and can create wholly separate identities to the character which are distinctly unique compared to the originals, allowing greater creativity as the ScottFalco-Luigi and ScottFalco-Mario take on their own lives within the canon of your works? Absolutely! They're close enough in concept to get the point across while also giving you room to make your own story, and that's better than a perfect match, if you ask me. If you literally hired Martinet to voice this stuff, I don't think it would be as good.
