You need to come back, there is so much more to see and do in the central district of Detroit, you didn't even scratch the surface! Although Detroit has experience redevelopment like no other city the last 10 years, Detroit is now poised to experience it's greatest construction boom

Detroit gets such a bad rap. It has come from the ashes to be a rebuilt gem( literally from the bottom up). The downtown & near midtown are clean, shiny, safe & beautiful. There are good , hard working people in this town. Beautiful parks, outstanding architecture, lovely scenery. Pay us a visit & be surprised.

I truly can't thank you enough for this terrific video. I'm a 71 year resident of the Motor City, and literally cried my way through watching it (happy tears). Though there's lots more to cover, you did a great job for only having a 24 hour window of time to do it in. ❤

Anytime you're in town, be sure to check out Greenfield Village and the Henry Ford Museum. The greatest outdoor museum in the world. Its located just outside Detroit in Dearborn.

@@dirtroadtraveller5553 as another Michigander, we understand! You did a wonderful job showcasing the good things the city has to offer in such a short amount of time! Thank you! Maybe I am biased but I've been all over the US and I swear there's something special about Detroit that I can never quite put my finger on. Come back to Michigan some time! If you enjoy gorgeous nature and sandy beaches and charming small towns, Northwestern Michigan is one of the best kept secrets in the whole country. And Grand Rapids has truly world class breweries, too.

Great video! We have some world-class museums here too. The Detroit Institute of Arts, Greenfield Village, and Henry Ford Museum are all great to visit. The Henry Ford, especially. You’ll find many iconic items there such as the chair Abraham Lincoln was shot in, the Rosa Parks bus, and many other historically important items.
