At 14:13 , if you are slow walking or crouch walking near an enemy specter, does the enemy specter not send a notification that there is a person nearby?

correct, only footsteps; you can puck throw, shoot, and do anything else and it wont send a warning. It only sends warnings if its being damaged, or footsteps
