The comment section just shows that there is still a lot of ignorance when it comes to the trans community. That is why we need people that educate about it. 41,8 % of trans people try to commit suicide in their lifetime. That is a huge number that just shows again how much suffering there is, when you are not supported from the society around you. Do you really think someone would take all these risks, appointments and medical procedures in consideration just for fun and games? Gender dysphoria is a real thing. And being trans is not considered as an illness anymore which is extremely important. These people already struggle so much with themselves and getting the support they deserve. So why is it so hard to get educated for some people and at least try to accept someone else's life? No one is trying to take something from you. No one is trying to influence your life. It's actually the opposite way around. Please just try to be more empathetic and think about how you would like to be treated when you need support in any shape or form.

It is a trans persons responsibility to identify as TRANS! I totally understand a man freaking out after kissing one and finding out, because I would to, trickery is not cool a trans person is not a biological woman or man so respect that and tell people before you get physical or risk getting assaulted because you are playing eith another's heterosexuality.
@Ayato-von-YT_LukasBrennecke
@Ayato-von-YT_LukasBrennecke 3 жыл бұрын
No it isn't! Trans people should not always have to present themselves to others and explain their trans-being. They don't need to justify it all the time. It isn't "trickery" when you're not telling everyone about private and intimate things. Same goes for people with illnesses, disabled bodies, traumas etc. (Not to compare being trans to an illness!!) Trans woman are woman 🤷
@TheRevealingUnknown

@@Ayato-von-YT_LukasBrennecke in an intimate setting or environment you are damn straight they should Trans women are trans women not Women sorry and any normal man including myself would get extremely upset not being told this upfront and feel betrayed and possibly act out physically due to being tricked! Their transformation is their choice and not that of the unsuspecting male (or female) therefore it is their responsibility to disclose it or it could even be construed as a sexual assault because this person wanted to get their rocks off at another's expense. All this lgbqt advocates and people screaming they have rights need realize us heterosexuals have been around longer and are not the minority or odd ones out we are not responsible to agree,like,participate or want any of that lifestyle in our lives yet are forced on a daily basis to listen to them whine about equality etc.. well they also have a responsibility to society and that's being honest... a person born with a penis and balls later in life presented in a dress and makeup does not make them a woman it makes them TRANS and that's not my rubix cube to figure out it's theirs to present openly or again as I said risk the consequence of harm.

I'm shocked as well. Coming from a Real Stories documentary too, I expected better.. - Its such a shame that this informative documentary missed the dot with a lot of people. I personally feel more informed and thankful for these wondeful people opening up to us about their stories. And although I will never truly understand what they go through as a cisgender, I'm grateful to know at least the process and what they must feel - trans people go through so much to just feel like themselves, in the end they deserve just as much basic respect as any other human, it makes me so sad that so many are being attacked for it when its no one else's business but their own :(

It seems transgenders can run in the family and is a lot more common then most people know. I am now 67-years old. I came out to my children as transgender 18 years ago. Then 7 years ago my now daughter revealed to us that she was transgender and has since completed her transition journey and is doing wonderfully. I am currently half way through my transition and hope to be finished in a couple of years. There was some discussion in the extended family that maybe my grandfather was also transgender but never told anyone.

Voice training can help a lot (to the point of "passing") but at the same time understand that voice training can be a very exhausting process mentally. I'm trans but my voice is still "male" because mentally its tough for me. But please understand that just because her voice is deep doesn't mean it okay to misgender her or "clock" her in public. She is still She.
