A taste of authentic Italian cuisine at Mama Fla in Idaho Falls

EastIdahoNews.com sampled four different dishes at Mama Fla, eastern Idaho's only authentic Italian restaurant at 385 River Parkway in Idaho Falls.
The dishes were carbonara fettuccini, lasagna bolognese, bruschetta pomodoro and bruschetta olive.

Perhaps edit out the part where they pour their heart and soul into the dish and the interviewer says it reminds him of any bla American made lasagna. I get the intention and that it was well intended but came across as a blow

@@sarasjv44 and I should say this man doing the interview seems like a wonderful person who does wonderful interviews. Put a mic on me and I would blow it non stop. I’m not asking for perfection on live interview. Just saying if u r able to edit before or after post, I’d recommend that. Love this entire channel and staff.

I go to an authentic Italian restaurant here in UK. Run completely by Italians, who also make all their own pasta freshly from scratch. You cannot beat well cooked, quality, Italian food.

Ok for Carbonara, lasagna bolognese ok, lasagna 4 cheese hell no we don't eat that kind of lasagna here in Italy, real bruschetta is bread, a rub of garlic, tomato sauce and basil (that's it). Mamma Fla sounds like pretty italian.

Many eating establishments have to adapt some dishes to the tastes and expectations of the local people. (Pizza is one example.) In a big city, there would be endless customers. This is Idaho. And this is only a small slice of information on their establishment.
