My mom was a professional dancer and she taught me how to boogie when I was a child. On the weekends my mom and I would put on records and have dance parties. When I was an adult I would come to her house and boogie until late in the evening. It was soo much fun. I miss my mother very much.

That's really the whole point of dancing. It doesn't matter what the dance is, but it demonstrates to your partner that you are healthy. It takes a healthy brain to match the beat and the high level of hand/foot/eye coordination, a healthy cardio system to have the stamina, and a lot of the moves show you are limber. Its basically proof in the pudding that you're sex-worthy, lol!
