A Taste of Trini in Corpus Christi: Pelau Perfection

It's our first full day in Corpus Christi and of course, we are cooking up a storm! We went to the grocery first and then came home and prepped for Pelau, Channa & Aloo & Pumpkin Takari. Yes please try it! I like mine on the wetter side so I add extra water. If you like it dry, add less water and cook on a low heat. Lol yes I like the way he cuts it so I just have him do it. Thanks so much for watching 🩷
