I know this roti as paratha. Indian food is the best in the world! Everybody loves it. My Nani taught my mom to cook South Indian food. I’m from Jamaica 🇯🇲 we have a lot of Indians in Jamaica, Indian arrivals day in Jamaica is May 10 and 176 years. I am living in the states NY. I have try and try over the years to make buss up shut but you see this recipe I have really learn how to make it now. I tell you something that warm water when you use it that is the Secret in making a very soft buss up shut and also making sure your baking powder is not expire because that was one of many mistake I made in making my own buss up shut . Thank you for sharing this video and a little history of your family,I must say I enjoy it.
