Believe me, I would absolutely adore the TCOAAL narrative being adapted into an animated feature or series. However, I have concerns about how that would come out. How would it get funded? Animation isn't exactly cheap, and for a game with so much controversy, it would be hard to get investors, so it would have to be paid for by fans, which hasn't always been reliable, especially since crowd sourced funded projects like to have an upfront price tag, a goal to reach, but predicting the final cost is really difficult. You ask for too little, and then it gets underfunded. You ask for too much, and then you come off as greedy. How do you adapt it into an animated medium? All of the TCOAAL sprites are just that: sprites. Static scenes with some exaggerated expressions. It's like any other visual novel. Not that it can't be adapted, but if you don't do it well, you would upset a lot of people. How do you adapt an interactive story? This has been the hardest challenge for any producer that has tried to make a video game into a film or series. You either have to do one of the narratives, making a "canon" version of events, or you have to make multiple versions of the animated work, similar to Clue but on a much larger scale, or you have to make a new narrative, similar to Danganronpa 3 which made a prequel and sequel series. These are things that you would need to take into account.

Ho Chi Minh is not only the name of Vietnamese's great leader, but is also the name of the biggest city in south Vietnam, which was formerly called Saigon back then, both names are used to call the city but on papers it's called Ho Chi Minh to honor him.
