Todd I love that you don’t make a big production of listing your sponsors. It’s effective, but not obnoxious, like those bass fishing shows on Sunday

It's crazy you are still doing this. Tight lines.

How was 2021 a good spawn year for redfish with Hurricane Ida?
@MarshManMassonАй бұрын
Perhaps the surge pushed eggs/larvae farther inland or maybe the increased turbidity helped them escape predation. No telling. But I checked with Randy Pausina, the former Head of Fisheries at LDWF when those fish started showing up late last summer, and he said they were results of the 2021 spawn. Back then, they were 15 to 17 inches.

Mr T: what #test braid (30#???) and brand do you prefer…how long leader & (lb test ?) to braid
@MarshManMassonАй бұрын
Thirty-pound J-Braid with a 17-pound Matrix leader that was probably only about 2 feet in length.

We are heading to Port Mansfield in December hoping to catch a PB. Do the guides use mono or braid, or does it matter? What pound test were they partial to? I loved your two videos as they were especially entertaining! I am marking the days off the calendar because I CAN'T WAIT!

You caught an entire Captain’s Platter! All the fish are beautiful, but those flounder sure stand out. How does the fall season affect the blue crabs? What season is the best for blue crabs? Thanks again for the epic content, sir.

Crabbing is outstanding in autumn, and unlike in the summer, they'll bite well all day.

If you just targeted flounder, moving closer to the grass line and cast as close to the grass lines as you dare , bumping a pearl white curly tail Gulp back to you, you will catch your limit ,damn near every time bro!… Ask me how I know! Thanks for sharing, 🕷️

@@MarshManMasson instead of casting to the grass ,cast parallel to the grass, preferably a falling tide brother! Stay as close to the bank as possible… Flatties lay nosed up to the bank ,feeding on what ever comes out the grass or down current… Good luck ! 🕷️

Gulp shrimp. Curly tails are getting ripped off to easy by lady fish. I use white as well. Went through 2 packs of curly tails then a pack of shrimp last week. Fish a bit slower but same way you fish on points with current. They have been plentiful.
