Looks like your rifle is double grouping. You ever thought about betting it. Those chassis have lots of wiggle room in them. I better one of my MDT hunt chassis, my groups went from one inch to half inch. That's a really nice build. You got did a great job on the chamber work.

Seeing both bullet and powder double grouping tells me there's more room for fine tuning. The A tips are super finicky in my experience and I was only able to get them to shoot from soft jam. The Berger 90 grain is a little more forgiving but they still like to be in or very close to the lands. I am no expert, just sharing my experience. Thank you for posting for us to follow along.

Shifting between propellants can do strange things to SD/ES readings. Not always, but often enough to give false impressions. Changing between single base and double base propellants can muddy the results as well. It simply comes down to how many parameters we change at one time.

Are you weighing the a-tips and binning for weight? I just got in some eld-x to try for hunting and I'm getting +/- .7 grains when I weigh them, for berger my variance has been more like +/- .15

I've used some 4831 SC with 95SMK

Rob would you recommend the big labradar for guys on a budget? or better to spring for the garmin? in my area the lab radar can be had for a 1/3rd of the garmin used.

@sean7193 The labradar can be finicky... miss shots, get aimed correctly. this is based on my limited experience and what a friend has said. setting it up for a range session can be a pain, i guess, too. I have a garmin, and it's great. maybe Rob can elaborate a little more.

Prefer Alco tipped 90gr over the hornady a tips for sure
