This is one of those games that is metaphorical of Brees' career. He was always absolutely fantastic, but the Saints couldn't give him a not horrendous defense for the majority of his career.

Man do I remember this game as a Saints fan. We started 2015 1-4 with some pretty ugly losses, but then righted the ship and won three straight to make it to .500 at 4-4. This game was also the week after the epic 52-49 game vs the Giants. Anyways, this was a very winnable game for the Saints, but of course we let another young, rookie QB come into our house and beat us. The Saints never got above .500 the rest of the season. Let’s just say 2014-2016 were the forgotten years for the Saints.

Saints wasn't able to take a big lead because the saints defense made the titans look like superbowl champs. On the other hand Drew brees was throwing dimes sheesh We missed those laser arms of Brees. You dont see those passes anymore just a bunch of throw it up in the air hopefully the receivers can adjust to the ball type quarterbacks nowadays. Peyton manning, Drew Brees, Bret Favre were the best quarterbacks to watch every sunday. We'll never get those days back . Smh

That roughing the passer call against Drew Brees was god awful! He even held on to the ball and was sacked. This was the start of those terrible roughing the passer calls that would follow suit in future seasons. This is just coming from a normal NFL fan

I always felt the Titans organization did Mularkey wrong,they had winning record his 2 as HC,made back to the playoffs for the first time since 2008,beat KC in the wildcard(which led to the trade of Alex Smith,started the Mahomes Era) lost to the Patriots in divisional and then they fired him,granted Vrabel came in a had more success but I felt they didn’t give Mularkey a enough to to reach his peak with Mariota cause that 2nd year in 2016,Marcus balled out and if he would’ve not broke his leg the 2nd to last game vs Jags,the Titans would been play for the division the next week..
