Easier way to do navel invasions is to set up all the orders with no one assigned, then select all but one of the divisions in the army group assign them to another general, then put them back into the general with the naval invasion orders. This will automatically distribute them evenly to all the invasion orders. Also, the navy was useless because it had subs in them making the whole fleet slow as shit.

You should make a Patrol fleet to find those Submarines and protect your units. Separate a very fast fleet to find ships and your main fleet will go for them, it just makes Naval easier. And don't forget to set a Anti-sub navy as well. Make Anti-sub tech useful ?
