It's a milk curry that's creamy and rich!

Milk curry
[Ingredients] (3 servings)
5 tbsp (36g) cooking oil
1/2 cup (80g) ground pork
1/7 (36g) carrot
1/2 (120g) onion
1/4 (46g) potato
1/8 (50g) zucchini
3 cups (530g) milk
10 tbsp (80g) curry powder
1/3 tbsp (2.5g) coarse red pepper powder
3 bowls (600g) rice
Chives
[Directions]
1. Cut the onion, carrot, potato, and zucchini 0.5cm thick, both horizontally and vertically.
2. Chop up the chives finely.
3. Pour cooking oil to a pan, add onions, and stir-fry.
Add ground pork and stir-fry by breaking up the clumps.
4. When the meat and onions are golden brown, add the potatoes and carrots, then stir-fry.
5. Add the zucchini and stir-fry when the potatoes and carrots are cooked.
6. When the zucchini is cooked, add coarse red pepper powder, frying in oil to get rid of the raw smell.
7. After the red pepper powder and vegetables have been stir-fried thoroughly, pour in milk and boil, stirring occasionally.
8. When the edges of the milk come to a boil, add the curry powder, continuing to boil as you stir.
9. Remove from heat when it becomes thick.
10. Serve rice in a bowl and pour milk curry over it.
11. As garnish, sprinkle some chives over the curry.
