Complacency is the primary reason why most Filipinos fail to succeed in life. They are at the driver seat of their life, and yet they are too indecisive to move forward. Instead, they are already satisfied with their small achievements. So while other cars like Japan, Singapore and South Korea are moving forward, filipinos on the other hand are still sitting, relaxing, and are still celebrating with their little achievements. USA is a progressive country because Americans don’t just sit and wait. They are willing to take the risk, and they aways know that there is always something better out there. They continue to innovate, and they continue to reinvent themselves. Countries like South Korea started to learn this, and it is paying off, unfortunately, Filipinos did not. That’s why Filipinos are so stagnant. Americans are not afraid to try and lose, they are not afraid to take the risk and fail. Filipinos don’t have the heart.
