I have lived in Beverly since 1959 & have always called it Beverly. We never differentiated between North, South, East or West Beverly. We were just Beverly.

Pt 2) I do not like the references to NSEW Beverly. We need to keep Beverly as a whole united Beverly to remain the largest Historic District & keep our property values up. Not all homes in what this video shows in "East" Beverly are small or modest. Many are comparable to houses in N&W Beverly. When I look at Beverly, I will continue to look at it as a whole.
