I took my family but we booked it for 3pm as the light displays starts at around 5pm outside. It was amazing. On the side wall of the house it has 24 windows and they did the advent display on it. It was mesmerising.❤

I went to this ladt year, first time, it was absolutely stunning, the light trail outside was beautiful 😍,i was very took up with it, the advent calendar on the house was spectacular, 😊

I will definitly have to visit Chatsworth next year for xmass. We have visited the house this year in spring...loved it xx such as lovely vlog, love the music. Pure delight.

Oh this made my day! It's always a treat when you go to Chatsworth and especially at Christmastime. I loved the elf illuminations, so sweet. Yes, I feel this was much better than some of the past few years. Happy to see you again!

Oh I’m glad! 🥰🙏 it’s definitely a highlight of my Christmas season to visit Chatsworth and I’m so glad that you enjoy it to. The elf illuminations were very sweet, I really enjoyed those! Yours is the third tour of Chatsworth I've watched this Vlogsmas and I have to say I knew it would be the best. Even though it was short you captured all the details and the interesting angles perfectly, with many things I hadn't seen in a much longer tour! I've seen a few of these Christmas historic houses tours and they are all wonderful. Thank you Stacy for bringing us along with you. It's a privilege and I look forward to viewing them in person in the near future. This might seem like a dumb question: are the number of rooms or areas open to visit the same as during the rest of the year or are they reduced to only those decorated for Christmas? Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts 🥰🙏 these houses really are a pleasure to visit at this time of year and I really hope you get to visit and experience their magic for yourself soon! No such thing as a dumb question, any question is easy if you know the answer ❤️ In terms of Chatsworth in particular, it’s usually all of the same rooms open throughout the year. Occasionally for different exhibitions they have a few more rooms open such as some of the bedrooms etc but these are the standard open rooms. With other houses, for example some of the National Trust ones, they can have a different selection of rooms open to the public as certain rooms can be closed off so they can start their annual winter clean and preservation of the many historic items they have in their collections. When it comes to places like a Chatsworth, it is still very much a family home so it is usually only these rooms as the rest are lived in ❤️✨ have a wonderful weekend ahead x
