I went to this ladt year, first time, it was absolutely stunning, the light trail outside was beautiful 😍,i was very took up with it, the advent calendar on the house was spectacular, 😊

It's unfortunate that Hardwick didn't have a spectacular Christmas display but, as you said, it's quite likely due to budget constraints. I'm glad I "found" your channel again! I must admit that I'd stopped watching because, for a while there, it seemed to be focused on self-catering cottage advertising. I came to you for the big house visits and you don't disappoint, thanks so much! (And it's good to see your sweet little girl again! I so miss my own three kids' childhoods. My youngest is 24 now!)

Hey, guys~ quick question. What’s the best and quickest route to take from London? Is it better to rent a car or to travel by train? Your recommendations are welcomed 🙏🙏

I would definitely advise driving as your easiest option although getting there by train isn’t impossible. Bakewell is the closest town, you’d probably have to change trains at either Derby or Sheffield though so it wouldn’t be direct. Then you’d need to get a bus or taxi to Chatsworth.. so if you are able to drive it would make your lives much easier!

Loved your filming of the beautiful entry drive into Kedleston showing the winding road and bridge across the river. Proof positive these drives into these estates were just as important to the design as the house itself.
