❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ £800 for a 3 Bed plus the size of the yard is a maaaaad good deal. Well done. So proud of both of you.. for the garden, you can grown your own crops or plant lawn seeds (but be ready to get a lawnmower).. size of UK houses is depending on your budget. This also means the kids are flying over soon

Hoping the next move will be own home...not renting... that will be the best..no rudeness (just honesty as it may be offense but not a sin)... this is renting... there is no ownership...hence not an achievement...the house belongs to a Landlord... I am about honesty... advice I gave to both my children is do not rent... work hard...save a deposit... delay all gratification so savings grow... renting is a trap...hard to get out of...and the Landlords mortgage gets paid...that is reality... wish the family health and happiness...hope the next move is own home!! That will be the best move...

The only positive part of it is, we having our own kitchen and toilet. Friends that come to visit self are shocked we have our own separate kitchen and toilet. Happy for you guys. More success. It looks really nice. You’re lucky that you’re in one of the more affordable parts of the country. The tall space in your kitchen is intended for a combined fridge/freezer. Make sure you measure carefully before you order one because they are not all the same width. If you’re going to plant a lawn spring is a good time so you’ll need to get going on preparing the ground straight away. If you haven’t done it before watch a few KZbin videos. Good luck with the move.

Aww! I’m so happy for you both. I love your beginning to where you are now. May the Lord continue to bless your journey and make you a blessing to your generation I am super proud of you. You need to see me cheesing from ears to ears. Finally 🎉 Ha! ha!! DAB daddy never disappoint the way he talked about them giving birth to another baby so they can do naming ceremony in the garden You could tell from start to finish of the process it was God. You can speak to the Landlord if they have a plan to landscape the garden, if not you can still do up a play area for the kids in the garden like putting in a trampoline, hammock etc It’s a good price and good space. It’s nice it came unfinished so you can start getting your own gadgets, furniture etc so when you buy your own house you already have something to start with. Well done 👍🏽
