The town hall at 3:32 and the dock area was used as the filming location for the 1985 film Revolution, starring Al Pacino.

I came here in January 2001 for a few months work and am still here 21 years later! Love it and Norfolk. One important historic place he missed and walked past the road twice was Captain Horatio Nelson’s house closer to The Minster (St Margaret’s church). Nelson was born and bred a proud Norfolk man but most tourists only think of and see Nelson’s column in Trafalgar Square, London.

Great video of a tour around King’s Lynn in Norfolk. The medieval architecture is beautiful. It is an area I would like to explore and I would also like to see the Wash and the coastline nearby. I will get there one day for a short break. Thanks for sharing.

Been in King's Lynn all my life,Part moved to Outwell in Wisbech for about 3 and half years,Then moved back to Kings Lynn,Not really changed all the years really,Do remember used to be more Pubs about around Kings Lynn years ago,Lot of them been pulled down and new places been built,Still has a lot of very old history places about

I think lynn and surrounding areas are really nice .I wouldn't live anywhere else now.some people in comments saying it's a dive and dangerous., it's no different too any other town in the country on a Friday or Saturday night lol.

Part truth on why kings Lynn shipping died out but another and bigger reason was when steam was becoming more used Lynn wasn’t deep enough and a lot of trade went to Great Yarmouth.

Amateurish! Do the basic research!! You've literally busked it and randomly wander around Research!! Start with the weather. You don't even know if it's a city or a town! It's the latter. You effectively say Henry VIII changed its name from Bishops Lynn when he got rid of the churches...and then visit the main church in Saturday market place, left unnamed. Henry got rid of the monasteries and abbeys. You said it was a very important port. It was the biggest in 14thC ! You missed Capt Vancouver's connection to Captain Cook. You didn't visit the shellfish port. The North Lynn ferry. No reference to the Mart ancient fair. The Red Mount Chapel in that park you nearly visited. The museum. They do history. It's got a seedy side as every town has. Thanks to post war planners but huge history for a small town Mid video you go and dry out and do minimal research. Then try to locate Roger Taylor's house Not very smart Jason More holes than a Gruyere ..or is it Emmental or Gouda?? Off to research cheese

You elected to do a video. With the intention of making it public. But if you do it is open to question. No one made you do that. It could be a valuable pre visit reference. But it isnt. Having made it public I presume you assumed, that most people wouldn't know the place well enough to question it. I've only lived nearby for 11 years and yet I knew most of the above. 10 minutes googling gave me the rest. Just encouraging to make a better job by doing some proper research. That's a fair comment I reckon
