I have written to President of India to compel police to wear bodycam and CCTV surveillance cameras at Staions,prisons, streets,roads and junctions of streets and roads, and sue criminal charges if they do not wear or maintain. I request others also to write to President of India about this. While India launches rockets and satellites every month it can spend money for this.
