UD running vests are well known, wish I was closer. The best I can do is my firsthand memories of the River Spey trail. Congratulations on the 100 km month. One step at a time is showing success.

Too bad about the pack being not all that it could be! But, more importantly - I'm super happy to hear that you're covering longer distances and feeling stronger! You captured some beautiful shots with the DJI! You forgot a battery, I've forgotten to put on my watch for a run several times! LOL! Keep pushing, Martin!

100km in a month sounds like you're really getting back into it now mate. My Garmin hasn't given me a run longer than 1 hour 22 min up to now. You must be in good shape to get 90 mins! 👍🏻🏃‍♂️

Cheers Mark, I must admit on some runs I'm not truly sticking to the suggestions, such as the long runs, I'm keeping heart rate low but adding some time & distance, I'm thinking the key is keeping a low heart rate overall ❤️

Very nice area to run along the river. Free running events are great. We have some in my area sometimes. That golf course looks great

🤣 I was looking at the vest and I said that looks like a Deuter to me and then you said it was!!! Eagle eyes! 🤣👌 Malc was showing me one about a month ago and I recognised the shoulder straps 🤣 The pole carrying system looked pretty different but I haven't got any in life experience with it myself so it will be interesting to hear how you found it. Great to hear that Lee is coming to see you. Say hello to him from me when you see him. Tell him not to run off too fast if he's leading the run 🤣 I am sure everyone will love the UD gear it's top notch. Great to see you're back running stronger and more regularly too Martin.
